Solana Subscription Permissions Checker
See the permissions a wallet gave through the Solana Subscriptions program: who can charge it, how much, how often, and whether a charge can go through right now.
How do I check and cancel a Solana subscription?
Paste the wallet's address above. The checker lists every permission the wallet gave through the Solana Subscriptions program, whatever service created it. Then, depending on what you want to stop:
One subscription
Cancel it from the service's own page. If Mesub runs it, cancel it from your subscriptions.
No new period starts. The service can still take what is left of the current period's amount until the period ends.
A recurring or one-time allowance
Revoke the wallet's approval of the Subscription Authority.
This stops every permission on that token until the wallet approves the authority again, which signing up for a new subscription on that token does.
Everything on a token, for good
Close the Subscription Authority for that token.
Every permission that depended on it ends and can never be used again.
What each status means
- Can charge now
A charge could go through now, up to the amount shown. A service may still choose not to charge.
- Blocked now
A charge would fail now because of the wallet's token account: it is empty, frozen or missing, or its approval is used up or no longer names the Subscription Authority. This can change as soon as the wallet does.
- Nothing due now
The permission is in place, but nothing can be taken now: this period is paid, it has not started, or it was cancelled after being paid.
- Ended
Nothing more can be charged: cancelled and over, expired, used up, the last period paid, the service closed its plan, or the wallet closed the Subscription Authority it depended on.
An ended permission can still exist on chain until someone closes its account.
Why does my wallet show an unlimited approval?
The program makes one account per wallet and token, the Subscription Authority, and approves it as the delegate of your token account with no amount limit. Wallets show that as an approval to transfer any amount.
The authority can only move tokens under a permission you signed. Each permission has a limit. For a subscription, it is an amount per period. The program, as deployed today, checks that limit on every charge.
What the checker does not see
- Permissions given any other way
- It reads only the Solana Subscriptions program,
De1egAFMkMWZSN5rYXRj9CAdheBamobVNubTsi9avR44. An approval given to another app directly does not appear here. - Service names
- The program stores no name for a plan, so the checker shows addresses, with a link to an explorer.
- What happens next
- It is a reading at one moment: a balance, an approval or a cancellation can change right after.
- Everything on a very busy wallet
- Past 60 plans or 13 tokens, some permissions are not read, and the result says how many. Of those read, it shows 40 at most, those that can charge first.
What happens to the address
The address goes to our server in the request body, not in the URL. The server keeps the answer in memory for one minute, then drops it. The address is never written to a log or sent to analytics.
